Ingredients:

| med | Butternut squash, peeled & | | | -- cubed | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Ginger, grated | | 1
| tsp | Orange zest, grated | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | | Pepper, to taste |

Procedures:
