Ingredients:

| cup | Butter (?stick) | | 1

| tsp | Lemon peel, grated | | 1/4

Procedures:
| 1 | Preheat oven to 325 degrees. | | 2 | In a large bowl, combine the bread and orange juice and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. | | 3 | In a medium- size bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add the remaining ingredients and mix until creamy. | | 4 | Add to the bread mixture; mix well. | | 5 | Pour into a 1-?quart casserole dish that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray and bake for 1 hour, until the center is set and puffy. | | 6 | Serve immediately. | | 7 | Note: this is best served right from the oven |
