Ingredients:
1 Lg. onion chopped
2 tbspPeanut oil
2 lbsRough ground beef brisket
2 cupStewed tomatos
1 1/2 cupTomato sauce
1 tspMolasses
1 tbspGround cumin
2 tspPaprika
1 cup(12oz.) beer
3 Cloves garlic crushed
5 tbspHOT chili powder
1 tspSalt to taste
2 tbspCayenne flakes (min. 2 Tblsp
2 tbspMasa harina
1 ozTequila 150 proof
Procedures:
1Saute" the onion & garlic in the oil.
2Add the meat and saute meat is browned.
3Add all remaining ingredients except the tequila & cook for 1 hour 15 minutes.
4When you serve it pour the 150proof tequila over the top of the chili in th
