14 1/3 fl ozLow-Sodium Chicken Broth
1 cupAM White Indian Basmati Rice
1 Bay leaf
1 cupSliced mushrooms
Sea salt to taste (optional)
Procedures:
1Bring broth to a boil.
2Add other ingredients.
3Reduce heat and cover.
4Simmer for 20-25 minutes.
5Remove bay leaf and serve.
