Mushroom orzo

Ingredients:
2 quartWater
1 1/4 cupOrzo pasta, uncooked
1 ea Garlic clove, pressed
1 cupMushrooms, chopped
2 ea Scallions, chopped
1 tbspOlive oil
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Bring water to a boil in a pan.
2Stir in the orzo & cook until al dente.
3This should take about 7 minutes.
4Drain & set aside.
5saute the garlic, mushrooms & scallions in the oil in a skillet until soft, about 3 minutes.
6Stir in the orzo, cook for a further 2 minutes.
7Sprinkle with pepper & serve.
