Ingredients:
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
1 Bunch scallions, chopped
1/2 lbsMushrooms, sliced
2 clGarlic, minced
1/2 cupWater
1 canChopped tomatoes (16 oz)
1 canChopped green chilies (4 oz)
2 tspChili powder
1 tspGround cumin
Dash or two of tabasco
5 cupCooked brown rice
Procedures:
1Saute the onion, green pepper, scallion, mushrooms, and garlic in the ?cup of water for 10 minutes.
2Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3Cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, or until heated through, stirring frequently.
