Ingredients:

| each | Eggplant, medium, pared, cub | | | -ed | | 1
| cup | Onion, chopped | | 1/2
| cup | Cracker crumbs | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar, granulated | | 1
| tbsp | Butter, melted | | 2
| each | Eggs, beaten | | 1/3
| cup | Milk | | | Salt | | | Pepper, black | | 2
| each | Bacon, slices |

Procedures:
