Ingredients:
1 cupSemi-sweet chocolate pieces
1/3 cupMilk
2 cupSugar
3 ozCream cheese, softened
1 cupWhipping cream
1 eachPie crust, baked
Procedures:
1Beat together cream cheese and sugar; set aside.
2Heat chocolate and milk over low heat, stirring until melted; remove from heat.
3In a separate bowl, whip cream until soft mounds hold their shape.
4Beat in cream cheese mixture only until blended.
5Beat in chocolate mixture only until color is uniform.
6Turn into 9-inch baked pie shell (graham cracker, pastry or creme de menthe).
7Chill at least 2 hours before serving.
8Garnish with shaved chocolate if desired.
