| tbsp | Cumin powder | | | Tabasco sauce to taste | | 12
| oz | Can beer | | 12
| oz | Bottle mineral water | | 2
| | To 3 bay leaves | | | Garlic salt to taste | | | -Salt to taste |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dice and saute first 5 ingredients. | | 2 | Add meat and brown. | | 3 | Add remaining ingredients, including half a can of beer. | | 4 | Add water just to cover top. | | 5 | Cook about 3 hours on low heat. | | 6 | Stir often. | | 7 | Remove bay leaves. | | 8 | serves 16. |
