Ingredients:
32 ozDry red wine
1/4 cupOrange juice
2 tbspLemon juice
Spiral orange peel
Stick cinnamon
4 Cloves
8 tbspSugar
1/3 cupRum
Procedures:
1Combine wine, juice, peel, cinnamon, cloves and 4 tbl sugar in saucepan.
2Simmer 8-10 minutes; strain into punch bowl.
3Heat rum slightly.
4Place remaining sugar in large metal spoon or ladle.
5Light rum with a match; pour over sugar.
6Pour burning sugar over punch
