Procedures:

Preheat oven to 325°F.

Combine cereal, pretzel sticks and peanuts.

Add butter and mix well.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and chili powder and mix well.

Spread onto ungreased 10" x 15" jelly roll pan.

Bake for 20 minutes stirring occasionally during baking.
