Ingredients:
6 eachPears, sliced
3 tbspLemon juice
3/4 cupWhite unbleached flour
1 tbspHoney
1/4 cupButter
1 eachEgg, beaten
1/2 tspVanilla
1/4 cupWalnuts, broken
Procedures:
1Place sliced pears in 8-inch square baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice.
2In a bowl, cut together the flour, honey and butter.
3Make a well in the flour mixture, add the egg and vanilla, and mix until mixture is crumbly.
4Sprinkle the crumb mix over the pears.
5Bake at 350 °F for 30 minutes.
6Serve warm or cold.
7Serves 9
