Ingredients:
4 tbspOlive oil
1 1/2 cupAlmonds, blanched
1/4 tspCumin
Salt
Procedures:
1Warm the oil in a heavy skillet, add the almonds & saute over the low heat until they are golden brown.
2Take care not to burn them.
3Drain on paper towels.
4Sprinkle with cumin & a little salt.
5variation: add raisins or dried fruit.
