Ingredients:
10 Eggs
1/2 cupFlour
1 tbspBaking powder
1/2 Stick margarine
2 smallCans chopped green
-chillies
1 pintCottage cheese
1 lbsCheddar cheese, grated
1 lbsSausage, cooked and
-crumbled
Procedures:
1Mix all ingredients together.
2Pour into a greased 9 x 13 baking pan.
3Bake 15 minutes at 400°F.
4Reduce heat to 350f for 35 minutes.
5Cut into squares to serve.
6Leftovers are good heated in the microwave.
7Serves 5-8.
