Ingredients:

| oz | Strawberries, frozen, thawed | | 1
| x | And drained | | 8
| oz | Cheese, cream, softened | | 1/4
| cup | Sugar | | | 1 ea Gelatine, unflavored (envel) | | 1/4
| cup | Milk, skim | | | PEANUTTY CRUST | | 1
| tbsp | Margarine | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut butter | | 2
| cup | Marshmallows (4 oz) regular | | 1
| x | Or mini | | 2
| cup | Cereal, rice, oven toasted |

Procedures:
| 1 | In blender, puree strawberries. | | 2 | Add cream cheese and sugar; process until thoroughly blended. | | 3 | in small saucepan, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over milk; let stand 1 minute. | | 4 | Stir over low heat until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 3 minutes. | | 5 | While processing, through feed cap, gradually add gelatine mixture to blender and process until blended. | | 6 | Pour into large bowl. | | 7 | Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon, about 50 minutes. | | 8 | Pour into peanutty crust; chill until firm, about 2 hours. | | 9 | To serve cut into squares. | | 10 | peanutty crust: in large saucepan, over low heat melt margarine and peanut butter. | | 11 | Stir in marshmallows until melted. | | 12 | Stir in rice cereal. | | 13 | Quickly turn into 9-inch pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. | | 14 | Press with greased spatula into bottom; chill. | | 15 | substitution: use 10 oz frozen raspberries, thawed and drained. | | 16 | Puree as above; strain, if desired , and return to blender. | | 17 | Increase sugar to ?cup. |
