Ingredients:

| tbsp | Yeast | | 1
| tbsp | Sugar | | 1
| cup | Water, warm | | 1/4
| cup | Oil | | 1/2
| cup | Cornmeal | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| cup | Flour |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine yeast, sugar, warm water and oil. | | 2 | Let yeast dissolve; add corn- meal, salt and flour. | | 3 | Knead 5 minutes, using additional white flour if necessary. | | 4 | Place in greased bowl, turn. | | 5 | Let rise until doubled in bulk. | | 6 | Punch down. | | 7 | Roll into rectangle 10 x 16 inches. | | 8 | Cut with a pizza cutter into 10 equal sized rectangles. | | 9 | Wrap around hot dog pinching edges together. | | 10 | Bake 350 °F for 20 minutes. | | 11 | Options: wrap ?slice of american cheese around hot dogs or put 1 tablespoon chopped raw onion inside hot dog wrap before baking. | | 12 | Wraps 10 hot dogs. |
