Ingredients:
3 ozUnsweetened Chocolate
2 cupMilk
3/4 cupSugar
4 tbspCake Flour
1/2 tspSalt
2 Egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 tbspButter
1 tspVanilla
Procedures:
1Add chocolate to milk and heat in double boiler.
2When chocolate is melted, beat with rotary egg beater until blended.
3Combine sugar, flour, and salt; add gradually to chocolate mixture and cook until thickened, stirring" con- stantly; then continue cooking 10 minutes, stirring occa- sionally.
4Pour small amount of mixture over egg yolks.
5Stirring vigorously; return to double boiler and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
6Add butter and va- nilla.
7And cool.
8Makes 2-?cups filling, or enough filling to spread between three 9-inch layers.
9Use this filling in small cup cakes.
10Use ?recipe for filling 2 ?to 3 doxen small cup cakes
