Vermont cheddar & maple crackers

Ingredients:
2 cupShredded sharp Cheddar
2 1/2 ozChopped pecan pieces
1/3 cupMayonnaise
1 tbspMaple syrup
1/2 tspWorcestershire sauce
36 Whole-grain crackers
Procedures:
1Mix the cheese, pecans, mayonnaise, maple syrup and worcestershire sauce together in a medium-sized bowl.
2Spread the mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls evenly on the crackers.
3Place the crackers on a flat pan or cookie sheet and run it under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
4Transfer the crackers to a plate and serve at once.
5Makes 3 dozen puffs.
