Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupMILK
1/2 cupCURRANTS OR RAISINS
1 tbspSUGAR
1/4 tspGROUND CINNAMON
13 cupFARINA, QUICK-COOKING
Procedures:
1In a saucepan bring milk to boiling.
2Stir in raisins or currants, sugar, cinnamon and ?teaspoon salt.
3Slowly add farina, stirring constantly.
4Cook and stir just to boiling.
5Reduce heat; cook and stir for 30 seconds.
6Cover and remove from heat; let stand 1 minute.
7Spoon into bowls.
