Ingredients:
2/3 cupShortening
1 cupBrown sugar
1 cupWhite sugar
1 eachEggs
1 tbspSoda
1 tbspWater (hot)
1 cupPeanut butter
1/4 tbspSalt
1 tbspVanilla
1 cupReconstituted bulgar wheat
2 cupFlour
Procedures:
1Cream shortening and sugars, add eggs, beat well.
2Dissolve soda in water.
3Add ingredients to sugar mixture.
4Add bulgar and flour, mix well.
5Roll in balls, press with fork.
6Bake 325 °F for 15 to 20 minutes
