Ingredients:
FOR THE TOPPING
1 tbspFlour
1/2 cupBrown sugar, packed
2 tbspButter, softened
1/2 cupMini chocolate chips
FOR THE CAKE
2 cupFlour
1 tspBaking powder
1 tspBaking soda
1 1/2 cupMini chocolate chips
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupButter, softened
1 cupSugar
1 tspVanilla
3 Eggs
1 cupSour cream
Procedures:
1For the topping: in a small bowl, combine the topping ingredients (?cup of chocolate chips).
2Mix well, set aside.
3For the cake: combine flour, baking powder and soda and salt.
4In a large bowl, cream butter, sugar and vanilla.
5Beat until creamy.
6Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
7Gradually mix in flour mixture, alternately with sour cream.
8Fold in remaining chocolate chips.
9Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
10Sprinkle topping mix over batter in pan.
11Bake at 350 deg f for 45 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
12Cool completely in pan, then cut and serve.
13Makes 24 serving.
