Soft pretzels

Ingredients:
1 packYeast
3/4 cupWarm water - less 1 tbsp
1/8 cupSugar
1 tspSalt
1/4 cupOil
2 cupFlour
1 ea Egg whites
1/8 cupWater
1 ea Coarse salt
Procedures:
1Dissolve yeast in warm water.
2Add sugar, salt, oil, and half the flour.
3Beat until smooth with a dough hook.
4Add remaining flour and knead with a dough hook until smooth and elastic.
5Divide the dough into equal pieces.
6Roll each piece into a 15" rope and shape into a pretzel.
7Place on a greased baking sheet.
8Combine egg white and water.
9Brush mixture on each pretzel and sprinkle with coarse salt.
10Bake at 425 deg f for 15 to 20 minutes.
