Ingredients:

Warm water - less 1 tbsp

Sugar

Salt

Oil

Flour
1 ea Egg whites
1/8
cup
Water
1 ea Coarse salt
Procedures:

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Add sugar, salt, oil, and half the flour.

Beat until smooth with a dough hook.

Add remaining flour and knead with a dough hook until smooth and elastic.

Divide the dough into equal pieces.

Roll each piece into a 15" rope and shape into a pretzel.

Place on a greased baking sheet.

Combine egg white and water.

Brush mixture on each pretzel and sprinkle with coarse salt.

Bake at 425 deg f for 15 to 20 minutes.
