24 Wonton wrappers -- cut in
Half
2 tspSesame oil
Salt
Procedures:
1Arrange wrappers in single layer on lightly oiled baking sheets.
2Use finger or very small supple brush to coat surface of wrappers with sesame oil.
3Season to taste with salt.
4Bake at 375°F until deeply browned, about 8 to 10 mins.
5Let cool completely.
6May be made several days ahead and stored at room temp in airtight container.
