Semolina dosas with cumin seeds

Ingredients:
1 3/4 cupFine-grained semolina
1 tbspAll-purpose white flour
1 ea Fresh hot green chili
1 cupPlain soy yogurt
1 tspSalt
7 tbspVegetable oil (about)
1 tspWhole cumin seeds
Procedures:
1In a blender or food processor, combine the semolina, white flour, chili, yogurt, salt, and 1 cup water.
2Blend until smooth, then transfer mixture to a bowl.
3heat 1 tablespoon oil in a small pan over medium heat.
4Add cumin seeds to hot oil and stir for a few seconds.
5Pour oil and seeds into batter; stir to mix.
6Cover and set aside for 30 minutes.
7prepare pancakes according to directions given for other dosa recipes.
8Serve with coconut chutney, if desired.
