Sassy jack cheese bites

Ingredients:
8 ozLow fat jalapeno jack
-cheese, shredded
2 tbspButter, softened
1 cupWhole wheat pastry flour
-or unbleach. white flour
1 pinchSalt, or herbal salt sub
1/4 tspCayenne pepper, opt
Procedures:
1Line a large cookie sheet with waxed paper.
2In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
3shape mixture into ?inch balls and place on cookie sheet; don"t let balls touch each other.
4Freeze until hard.
5to bake, preheat oven to 450.
6Place cheese balls on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 mins.
7Serve hot.
