Ingredients:
2 Eggs
1 cupApricot 100% fruit spread
1/2 cupButter, melted
2 tspVanilla extract
1 cupFlour
2/3 cupOats
1 1/4 tspBaking powder
1/4 tspSalt
3/4 tspCinnamon, ground
1/4 tspAllspice, ground
1/8 tspMace, ground
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350.
2Beat eggs in large bowl.
3Blend in fruit spread, butter, and vanilla.
4Add flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and spices; mix well.
5Spread dough into greased 12"x8" baking dish.
6Bake 18 minutes, until golden brown and firm to touch.
7Cool completely on wire rack.
8Cut into 18 bars.
9Store in tightly covered container.
