Ingredients:
4 Cornish game hens
1 tbspFive spice powder
2 tbspSalt
1 tbspPlum sauce
2 tbspBean sauce
2 tbspHoisin sauce
1 tbspSherry
1/4 cupDark soy sauce
1/4 cupMaple syrup
Procedures:
1Wash and clean game hens.
2Pat dry and rub cavities with the five spice powder.
3Mix hoisin sauce, bean sauce, sherry and plum sauce.
4Rub remaining sauce mixture plus salt.
5Let stand over- night.
6Mix soy sauce and syrup.
7Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
8Rub skin of game hens with soy sauce and syrup mixture.
9Roast back side up for 20-25 minutes.
10Turn breast side up and roast for another 20-25 minutes until skins turn golden brown
