Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupCrushed graham crackers *
1/3 cupMelted butter. *
1 lbsRicotta cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 cupUgar
1 tbspVanilla
Procedures:
1*line or 10 inch pie pan.
2Beat above ingredients until smooth.
3Pour into cracker shell and bake at 350 °F for 20 minutes.
4Remove from oven.
5Set oven to 450.
6Add: 2 tbsp. sugar to 1 pint sour cream and spread (spoon it first; don"t dump!) over pie.
7Return to oven for 10 minutes.
8Topping: in saucepan combine 1 can black cherries cut in pieces; ?cup sugar, and scant 3 tbsp. cornstarch.
9Cook and stir until thick and clear.
10Makes 8-10 portions.
