Ingredients:

Recipe-485 crust
2 packCream cheese (8oz), softened
1/2 cupSugar
2 Eggs
2/3 cupPineAppetizersle juice, unsw
1/4 cupFlour
1/4 cupSugar
1 canPineAppetizersle (lrg)-20 oz
1/2 cupWhipping cream
Or Cool whip
Procedures:
1Note: drain pineapplle; reserving 1 cup juice prepare crust.
2Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until smooth and fluff y.
3Beat in ?c sugar and the eggs.
4Stir in 2/3 c pineappetizersle juice.
5Pour cream cheese over hot crust.
6Bake just until center is set, about 20 m in. cool completely.
7Mix flour and ?c sugar in 2-quart saucepan.
8Stir i n 1 cup reserved juice from crushed pineapple.
9Heat to boiling over med. heat, stirring constantly.
10Boil and stir 1 min. remove from heat, fold in pineappetizersle.
11Cool completely.
12If not using cool whip ( beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff).
13Fold whipped cream or cool whip into pineapple mixture.
14Spread carefully over dessert.
15Cover loosely and ref.
16Until firm.
17About 4 hr.
18Cut into 3 inch squares.
19Makes 12 squares
