Philadelphia okanagan cheesecake

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupCrushed ginger cookies
1/2 cupToasted pecans, chopped fine
1/4 cupButter, melted
3 8-oz packages cream cheese
Softened
1 cupSugar
1/2 tspLemon juice
1/2 tspVanilla extract
3 Eggs
2 Apples, sliced and sprinkled
With sugar and cinnamon
1/2 cupApple jelly, melted
Procedures:
1Heat oven to 350°F.
2Combine cookie crumbs, pecans and butter, press onto bottom and 2" up the sides of a 9" springform pan.
3Bake 10 minutes.
4with an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla until smooth.
5Beat in eggs one at a time, just until blended.
6Pour over crust.
7Top with apple slices in a pinwheel pattern.
8Bake 50 minutes or until set.
9Cool.
10Refrigerate overnight.
11just before serving, spoon jelly over surface.
12Garnish as desired.
