Baker's fudge crackle cookies

Ingredients:
8 Squares semi sweet chocolate
4 Squares unsweetened
-chocolate
2 tbspButter
1 tspInstant coffee
3/4 cupCake and pastry flour
1/2 tspBaking powder
3 Eggs
1 cupGranulated sugar
1 tspVanilla
1/2 cupSemi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cupChopped toasted unblanced
-almonds
DIP:
8 Squares semi-sweet chocolate
Procedures:
1Melt chocolate squares, butter and coffee; stir well.
2Cool.
3Sift together flour and baking powder.
4Beat eggs until foamy; add sugar gradually.
5Add vanilla and chocolate mixture.
6Stir in flour mixture.
7Then stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
8Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
9Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheets.
10Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
11Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
12Makes about 3 dozen cookies.
13Dip: partially melt chocolate.
14Dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate.
15Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheets.
16Chill for 5-10 minutes, or until chocolate is set.
17Serve cookies at room temperature.
