Ingredients:
1 packButter chocolate cake mix
3/4 cupPecans
2 packSemisweet chocolate chips
1 packPudding mix
1 cupSour cream
4 Egg
1/4 cupCoffee
2 tbspVanilla
1 cupWater
1/2 cupOil
Procedures:
1Coat nuts & half the chips with 1 tbs cake mix and set aside.
2Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, coffee & 1 tsp vanilla.
3Beat at med speed for 3 mins.
4Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
5Turn into greased & floured tube pan and bake at 350°F for 1 hr or until done.
6Cool for 15 mins and turn onto rack.
7Cool completely before glazing.(cake freezes well without glaze) glaze: combine remaining chips with 1 cp water in top of double boile
