Ingredients:

| small | Onion, chopped | | 1
| tbsp | Oil | | 4
| med | Zucchini, chopped | | 1/2
| lbs | Mushrooms, chopped | | 6
| cup | Water | | 1/2
| cup | Rolled oats | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt (optional) | | 2
| tbsp | Parsley, finely chopped |

Procedures:
