Ingredients:
6 ozFrozen limeade concentrate
Thawed/undiluted
1 cupLight rum
1 cupWater
1/4 cupPowdered sugar, sifted
15 ozUnsweetened pineapple
-tidbits
Drained
Lime slices
Maraschino cherries
Procedures:
1Recipe by: southern living preparation time: 0:05 combine all ingredients, except lime slices and cherries, in a large bowl.
2Cover and freeze 8 hours.
3To serve, place frozen mixture in container of an electric blender; blend mixture until smooth.
4Garnish with lime slices and cherries, and serve immediately.
5Yield: 3 cups
