Wild mushroom pumpkin soup

Ingredients:
1/3 cupDried mushrooms
-- (porcini and shiitake)
1 cupHot water
1 tbspOlive oil
1 largeOnion, finely chopped
1 cupSliced fresh mushrooms
2 cupVegetable stock
2 cupCooked or canned pumpkin
1/4 tspNutmeg
1/4 tspSalt, -=OR=-
1 tspTamari
1/4 tspBlack pepper
Minced fresh parsley
Minced fresh chives
Procedures:
1Soak dried porcini and shiitake mushrooms in hot water for 20 minutes.
2Chop rehydrated mushrooms and reserve soaking liquid.
3Saute chopped onion and sliced fresh mushrooms and soaking liquid and vegetable stock.
4add pumpkin, nutmeg, salt or tamari and black pepper.
5Cook over medium heat and stir until heated through.
6Garnish with parsley and chives.
