Ingredients:

4 cupChicken stock
3 cupCheddar cheese, grated
2 largeCans tomatoes
1 tspBasil
1/4 tspThyme
1/2 tspTarragon
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Procedures:
1Put tomatoes through a food processor and then through a strainer to remove seeds.
2Add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally so that cheese doesn"t settle on bottom and burn.
3Makes about 8 cups.
