Ingredients:
1/4 cupFinely Ground Coffee
1 1/2 cupCold Water
2 Strips Lemon Peel
Procedures:
1Fill filter section of a steamed-pressure coffeepot with water.
2Place filter in base and screw on top portion of coffeepot.
3Heat over medium heat until coffee begins to bubble into top portion.
4Reduce heat to low and simmer until bubbling stops.
5Serve immediately.
6Garnish with lemon peel
