| tsp | Black pepper | | 1
| tsp | Garlic powder | | 1
| tsp | Cayenne pepper | | 1/4

| lbs | Boneless pork loin roast | | 1/2
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine vegetables and seasoning except black pepper in a mixing bowl. | | 2 | Mix well. | | 3 | Place roast in a large roasting pan, fat side up. | | 4 | Sprinkle with black pepper. | | 5 | Pour water over roast and add vegetables. | | 6 | Cook uncovered at 375 °F for 3 hours or until a meat thermometer 160 degrees. | | 7 | Increase heat to 425 degrees, cook 15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. | | 8 | Serves |
