Ingredients:
1 6 lb. brisket, trimmed
1 packKosher onion soup mix ¾oz.
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupWater
1 tspSalt
Garlic salt too taste
Procedures:
1Place brisket fat side up in lge.
2Baking or roasting pan.
3Bake for 10 min. at 400°F.; then reduce heat to 350°F.
4Sprinkle meat with soup mix, garlic and seasonings and bake 15 min. add water, cover pan, and reduce temp.
5To 325°F.
6Bake 2 to 2 ?hrs.
7Or until meat can be pierced easily with a fork.
8Thicken drippings with a little flour and serve with brisket
