Ingredients:
1 1/2 quartWhipping cream
1 cupSugar
6 ea Egg, separated
1 xBrandy
Procedures:
1Beat cream thick, and combine with sugar and egg yolks which have been beaten together.
2Then add 1 ?tumblers brandy (to taste) and stiffly beaten egg whites.
3It may require more sugar according to taste.
4Keep cool until served.
5Sprinkle with nutmeg, if desired
