Ingredients:
1 largeHead of cabbage
1 cupGrated American cheese
1/2 cupBread crumbs
Oleo
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Wash cabbage, cut into quarters and steam until tender.
2Drain.
3Cut slices off quarters and lay in greased baking dish.
4Sprinkle with salt, pepper, grated cheese and top with bread crumbs.
5Dot with butter.
6Larger amounts can be made by repeating layers.
7Bake at 400°F.
8Until crumbs are browned
