Iced summer green pea soup

Ingredients:
750 gramsPeas, shelled
Salt
Pepper, ground
1 medOnion, sliced
1 medPotato, sliced
1 Lettuce
250 gramsThin cream
750 mlChicken stock
1/2 Lemon, juice
Procedures:
1Slice the potatoes and onions thinly and put them in a saucepan with the shelled peas (weighed shelled), the lettuce and half the chicken stock.
2Bring gently to the boil, cover and simmer quarter of an hour.
3Pour into a blender or liquidiser and blend to a puree.
4Return to the rinsed out pan, reheat and simmer 5 minutes.
5Now add the cream and the lemon juice.
6Season well with salt and pepper, cool and chill.
7Serve well chilled
