Ingredients:
JALAPENO DRESSING
2 tbspFresh cilantro, chopped
2 tbspLime juice
1 smallJalapeno chili, seeded and
1 tbspVegetable oil
2 tspSugar
-very finely chopped
SALAD
1 medPapaya, peeled, seeded and
2 Kiwifruit, peeled and cut up
-seeded
-cut into 1" pieces
2 Starfruit, thinly sliced and
2 cupStrawberries, cut in half
Procedures:
1Dressing: mix all ingredients.
2Salad: toss all ingredients.
3Serve on salad greens if desired
