1 canVegetables, mixed, drained(16
1 canKidney beans, drained(15oz)
1 cupSwiss cheese, julienne strips
1 tbspParsley, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 tspOregano
1/4 tspBasil
1/8 tspWhite pepper
1/4 cupCaesar dressing, prepared
1 packCroutons
Procedures:
1Combine all ingredients except croutons in large bowl.
2Refrigerate several hours.
3Sprinkle with croutons before serving
