| cup | Celery, Sliced | | 1
| small | Red Onion, Thinly Sliced | | 1
| pack | Fresh Spinach, Torn, About | | | -8 Cups | | 2
| med | Oranges, Peeled And Sliced | | | -OR | | 11
| oz | Mandarin Oranges, 1 Can | | 1/3
| cup | Cashews, Coarsely Broken |

Procedures:
