Ingredients:
1 lbsGround beef
1/2 cupChopped onion
1/2 tspSalt - dash pepper
1 can(2 cups) cut green beans
(drain)
1 can(10 ?oz) condensed
Tomato soup
5 medPotatoes, cooked
1/2 cupWarm milk
1 Beaten egg
2 ozProcess American cheese
(shredded about ?c.)
Procedures:
1In large skillet cook meat and onions until meat is lightly browned.
2Add salt and pepper.
3Add drain beans and soup; pour into greasted 1 ?quart casserole.
4Mash potatoes while hot; add milk and egg.
5Season with salt and pepper.
6Spoon in mounds over casserole.
7Sprinkle potatoes with cheese.
8Bake in 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
9Or prepare 4 servings packaged instant potatoes according to package directions except reserve milk.
10Add egg and season with salt and pepper to taste.
11Add enough reserved milk so potatoes are stiff enough to hold shape
