Warm broccoli & potato salad

Ingredients:
6 medPotatoes, cubed
2 cupBroccoli florets
DRESSING
1/4 cupOrange juice
3 tbspOlive oil
3 tbspWhite wine vinegar
2 tspBasil
1 eachGarlic clove, minced
1/4 tspHot pepper sauce
2 tbspParsley, chopped
2 ea Green onions, thinly sliced
Salt & white pepper
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 150°F.
2Place potatoes in a pot with enough water to cover & parboil for 10 minutes.
3Remove with a slotted spoon & save the water.
4Transfer potatoes to a baking sheet & place in oven.
5Meanwhile, blanch the broccoli in the reserved water for one minute only.
6Remove & add to the potatoes in the oven.
7Dressing: combine the first five ingredients in a small saucepan & bring to a boil.
8Remove from the heat & stir in the remaining ingredients.
9Remove vegetables from the oven & toss with the dressing ensuring that they are thoroughly coated.
10Serve immediately.
