| 1 | Cut tofu into rectangles, 1 ?x ?x ?inch. |
| 2 | Pat dry. |
| 3 | Heat oil in a skillet over a medium high heat. |
| 4 | When hot, put in half the tofu. |
| 5 | Cook 3 minutes on one side. |
| 6 | Turn over & cook for another 3 minutes. |
| 7 | Remove with a slotted spoon. |
| 8 | Keep on a warmed platter. |
| 9 | Repeat with the rest of the tofu. |
| 10 | Serve hot with a sauce. |
