Ingredients:
16 ozMedium tofu
3 tbspVegetable oil
Procedures:
1Cut tofu into rectangles, 1 ?x ?x ?inch.
2Pat dry.
3Heat oil in a skillet over a medium high heat.
4When hot, put in half the tofu.
5Cook 3 minutes on one side.
6Turn over & cook for another 3 minutes.
7Remove with a slotted spoon.
8Keep on a warmed platter.
9Repeat with the rest of the tofu.
10Serve hot with a sauce.
