| cup | Roasted & chopped hazelnuts | | | -(Oregon hazelnuts) | | 3/4
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 4
| tbsp | Sour cream | | 1
| tsp | Lemon juice | | 3
| | Drops hot pepper sauce | | | Salt & pepper to taste |

Procedures:
