Ingredients:

| pack | Wagon-wheel shaped Pasta | | 2
| cup | Brocoli florets | | 1
| | Stalk of celery, thinly | | | -Sliced | | 2
| | Green onions, sliced | | 1/4
| | Cucumber, sliced | | 2
| tbsp | Chopped fresh parsley | | 1
| cup | Mayonnaise | | 1/2
| cup | Sour cream | | 2
| | Cloves garlic, minced | | 2
| tsp | Prepared mustard | | 1/2
| tsp | Each of paprika and salt | | 8
| | Cherry tomatoes, cut | | | -into Wedges |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook wagon wheels according to package directions, adding brocoli during the last 4 minutes; drain. | | 2 | Rinse in cold water to cool; drain well. | | 3 | In large bowl, combine wagon wheel-brocoli mixture with celery, green onions, cucumber and parsley. | | 4 | In separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, mustard, paprika and salt; mix well. | | 5 | Pour over pasta mixture; toss to coat. | | 6 | Cover and chill 2 hours or overnight. | | 7 | Just before serving, add tomatoes and toss gently. | | 8 | Submitted by a4gy@jupiter.sun.csd.unb.ca | | 9 | Webber) on 29 apr 1995 054425 -060 |
